   Proposal Description:
   If we knew in life someone's Braak and amyloid scores  could we predict rate of progression (rate of progression for the previous 2-3 years ) better than simply knowing their  CDR/MMSE?  Does a combination of Clinical and path readouts allow more precise guess as to rate of progression?  In the era of PET scans that can provide in vivo CERAD and Braak equivalents, it will be important to know if pathological staging can help reduce noise in terms of rate of progression, especially in terms of therapeutic study design.
